The word “enhance” means to add to or improve.  Our enhancers are formulated so that when you add them to your recipes, they add a wonder flavor and taste.  We formulate seven different combination according to what you will be cooking.  The eighth enhancer is our wonderful 7-blend minced.  This is all seven varieties of our garlic blended together.  This product is for those gourmet cooks that like to add their own herbs and spices.

Cooking with garlic can be a bit tricky especially if you are using fresh hardneck garlic. Garlic should never cover up the taste of your food, only to enhance the taste.  We combine our high quality, organic garlic with organic herbs and spices.  Our product can then be added to your recipes or ready made food before, during or after preparation.  The garlic in the enhancers is roasted and then combined with the herbs and spices so our product does not need to be reheated unless you choose to reheat it. 

A little goes a long way.  Start out with the recommended, 1 teaspoon in your recipe.  You can always add more along the way! Once you taste good original hardneck garlic you will find it hard to go back to your old garlic.

We grow approximately 4800 pounds of heirloom hardneck garlic on our farm using only the best organic methods.  We use no herbicides, pesticides or artificial fertilizers..

The garlics we grow are hand planted, hand weeded, hand fed and hand harvested to preserve the protective skins on our garlic.  The garlic is then hung to dry in a temperature controlled room for two to four weeks. Garlic is then removed from the racks, cut from the tops and sorted for quality. Only the culinary garlic goes into our enhancers.  The garlic is peeled by hand then processed by us by hand.

This might seem like a lot of unnecessary work for a finely minced product but our goal is to provide you not only with a great product but to also protect your health by not adding any artificial or dangerous agricultural products to our growing methods, planting ,harvesting and peeling by hand to insure the quality of the garlic and manufacturing the product so that the only thing in your jar of enhancer is our blended garlic and organic herbs and spices.
